The AMS/TMS Head Stud Package

With our experience building the worlds quickest, fastest and highest horsepower Evolution VIII and Titans experience building some of the fastest sport compact cars on the planet we both saw room for improvement in the head stud market.

We used our combined 10 plus years of experience to offer the following Head stud package.

•The AMS/TMS stud is produced from L19/H11 Alloy steel, much stronger then the competitions 8740.
•The AMS/TMS stud is good from 210,000 - 260,000 psi as opposed to the competitions 180,000 - 210,000 rating
•This is a stock replacement stud that will bolt in to any 92.5-current 7 bolt motor and any Evo 4 to current motor. It carries the stock thread pitch, diameter and all.
•On top of the studs added strength, we also increased the size of the washer to increase the clamping surface area on the head. The competition uses a .80 inch outer diameter washer while the AMS/TMS stud uses a .90 inch Outer Diameter wahser, all while being able to maintain fitment in the head.
•Complete with a Hex broach on the top of the stud enabling you to install the studs one by one while the head is on the car if needed.

With the limits we are all pushing this mighty mite of a motor to these days, AMS and Titan see this as a necessity in all High HP builds.
